Fortified Porridge

This porridge is deliciously creamy and is packed full of nutrients. A perfect start to a cold winter’s morning. It can be customised according to personal preferences, for example, you could use evaporated milk instead of full cream milk, add dried or fresh fruit, seeds or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or add some honey.

Alternative milk such as soya milk, can be used, if preferred.
