Creamy Mushrooms on Toast

This is a really quick meal to prepare and so tasty. For a little variation, you can also cook some diced bacon with the mushrooms and I often add chopped coriander to the mixture just before serving. If you don’t like garlic, simply omit it.

Mushrooms are very low in calories but they absorb lots of butter and this helps to increase the calorie content of this dish.
